What are the delivery charges?
There are minimal charges for all orders below INR 499. We offer free shipping on all orders above 500. For delivery outside India, standard shipping charges may apply and would be communicated at the time of order processing
What are the estimated delivery times?
We try our best to deliver the order within 5-6 business days . Please be aware that ground-delivery takes a little longer than air-couriers. Deliveries to remote locations may take up to 7-10 business days or longer, depending on the location’s geographical constraints.
For addresses outside India, the delivery may take 5-15 business days.
On which days is the delivery not available?
We don’t ship/deliver on public, national or bank holidays.
Are there any hidden charges when I make the payment?
There are no such hidden charges when you buy any product from us. The price listed on our website is final and inclusive of all taxes. Shipping charges may apply.
Is it possible to request for change the delivery address once the order has been placed?
In such a case, you need to contact our customer service team at care@firstbud.in or call at +91 6396593021 as soon as possible for the changes in the delivery address.
Once the order has been dispatched, we would be unable to redirect the order to a new delivery address.
